Most people who are following a spiritual path know that reality has two forms: physical (which can be touched and tangible) and metaphysical (which lies beyond our regular sensory perception). We can imagine the world as a boundless dual mirror. On one side of this mirror, you can see the material universe. On the other side of it, you can see the metaphysical space which has records of everything that was, is, and will be. It contains our dreams, clairvoyance, intuitive knowledge, and insights.
But the main question is: which side of this mirror is reality and which one is merely the reflection?
You see, most people think that physical reality is real and the metaphysical is just a reflection of it. The mirror effect creates the illusion that the outside world exists on its own and cannot be controlled. As a result, life becomes like a game in which you do not define the rules.
In this article, I want to share with you 10 facts that become obvious as soon as a person begins to wake up out of the illusion and reflective reality (Matrix) and begins their journey into the greater causal reality.
10 Facts About Living Outside the Matrix
1. There is no objective world separate from you
This world has certain properties. These properties should not be taken as separate from you.
Hundreds of processes are happening in your body that you don’t pay attention to – breathing, digestion, the increase or decrease in blood pressure, a growth of new cells, cleansing of toxins, etc. can be taken under your control. The very fact of focusing your attention on the automatic processes taking place in your body will also change the process of your aging, as over time the ability of our body to coordinate these functions weakens.
All so-called involuntary functions, from heartbeat and breathing to digestion and hormonal regulation, can be taken under control. It is experimentally proven that people are able to lower blood pressure or reduce the release of acids leading to ulcers with the power of the thought.
Why not use these abilities in the aging process? Why not change the old stereotypes of perception to new ones? There are many techniques that people can use for doing this. But, unfortunately, the Matrix wants us to believe that incurable and chronic diseases and aging are natural processes that we can’t really fight. Only when we wake up outside the Matrix can we realize that our health and youth are just a matter of our personal choice.
2. Our bodies are formed from energy and information
For most regular people, it seems like our bodies consist of dense matter, but physics says that each atom is 99.9999% empty space. And subatomic particles that pass through this space at the speed of light, in fact, represent beams of vibrational energy.
The whole universe, including your body, is a conscious non-substance. The void inside every atom is pulsating in the form of the invisible mind. Genetics says that this mind is located in the DNA. Life occurs when DNA translates its encoded mind into its active counterpart RNA. As you know, RNA infiltrates the cell and transmits bits of the mind to thousands of enzymes. And then enzymes use bits of the mind to produce proteins. At each point in this sequence, energy and information must be exchanged among themselves, otherwise, there will be no life.
As we age, the flow of this mind decreases for various reasons. This age-related wear and tear would be inevitable if a man was made of matter only. But entropy does not affect this conscious non-substance — this invisible part of us is not subject to time. In India, this flow of mind is called “prana” and it can be controlled, increased or decreased, moved back and forth and manipulated to keep the physical body young and healthy.
When you begin to wake up outside the Matrix you realize that your body is not merely dense matter but a continuous energy and informational exchange.
3. The unity of mind and body
Our mind can express itself both at the level of thoughts and at the level of molecules. For example, such an emotion as fear can be defined as an abstract feeling and as a tangible molecule of one of the hormones — adrenaline. There is no adrenaline without fear, and there is no fear without adrenaline. Wherever our thoughts are directed it entails a certain chemical process.
Medicine has just started using the mind-body connection. The well-known placebo in 30% of cases gives the same relief as if the patient took an analgesic. The placebo can be used not only as a painkiller but also as a means of lowering blood pressure and even to fight tumors. Since one harmless pill leads to such different results, it must be concluded that the mind-body unity can create any biochemical reaction, if only we give the mind the appropriate setting.
If we decided to use the intention not to age, the body would perform it purely automatically. People usually feel the vitality decrease in older age. But it only happens due to the fact that they expect this decrease and program themselves to feel this way.
4. Body biochemistry is a product of consciousness
The opinion that the body is an unreasonable machine prevails in the minds of most people. But nevertheless, the percentage of people who died from cancer and heart disease is much higher among those who are constantly in psychological stress than those who are in peace and harmony.
When you wake up outside the Matrix you realize that consciousness makes a significant difference in the aging process. To despair about aging means to grow old even faster. You’re as old as you think you are!
5. Perception is a learned phenomenon
Different perceptions – love, hate, joy, and disgust – stimulate the body in completely different ways. A person depressed by the loss of job projects this sadness onto all parts of the body. As a result, the brain stops secreting neurotransmitters, hormone levels drop, the sleep cycle breaks down, neuropeptide receptors on the outer surface of the cells distort, platelets become more sticky and have a tendency to accumulate. When we experience joy our whole chemical profile completely reverses.
When you step outside the Matrix you realize that all biochemistry takes place within consciousness; every cell is fully aware of what you think. Once you understand this fact, the whole illusion that you are a victim of circumstances dissipates.
6. The impulses of the mind give the body new forms every second
As long as new impulses continue to flow into the brain, the body is also able to react in a new way. That’s the secret of youth. New knowledge, new skills, new ways of seeing the world contribute to the development of the mind-body. And while this is happening, there is a pronounced natural tendency to update every second.
When you wake up outside the Matrix you replace your old belief that the body fades over time with a new belief that every moment the body is renewed.
7. Despite the seeming appearance that we are separate individuals, we are all tied to the schemes of the Cosmic Mind (Universal Consciousness)
From the point of view of Universal consciousness, people, things and events happening “somewhere out there” are all part of your body. For example, when you touch a rose petal it may seem for you that you’re touching a solid rose petal. But outside the Matrix, it looks like a bundle of energy and information (your finger) touches another bundle of energy and the information of the rose. Your finger and the thing you touch are just small bundles of information from a limitless field called the Universe.
When you step outside the Matrix you realize that the world is not a threat to you, but only your infinitely expanded body. The world is YOU!
8. Time is not absolute
The real basis of all things is an eternity. And what we call time is actually eternity, expressed quantitatively.
Time has always been perceived as an arrow flying forward, but the complex geometry of quantum space has destroyed this myth completely. Time, according to its provisions, can move in all directions and even stop. Therefore, only your consciousness limited by the Matrix you live in creates the time limits that you feel. That is why people who live outside the Matrix never tell their age.
9. Each of us lives in a reality that lies beyond any changes. The knowledge of this reality allows us to take all these changes under our control.
Currently, the only physiology Matrix people can stick to is time-based physiology. However, the fact that time is tied to consciousness implies that you can choose a completely different method of functioning – the physiology of immortality, which turns you to the knowledge of immutability.
From infancy, we feel that there is a part of us that never changes. This unchanging part is our Higher Self. From the point of view of the single consciousness, we can explain the world as a stream of spirit — it is consciousness. Therefore, our main goal is to establish a close relationship with our Higher Self.
10. We are not victims of aging, disease, and death. They are just parts of the Matrix scenario we don’t belong to
Life in its source is creativity. When you come into contact with your Higher Self, you come into contact with the creative core. According to the Matrix paradigm, DNA controls life. According to the laws outside the Matrix paradigm, control over life belongs to awareness.
People become victims of aging, disease, and death due to their self-knowledge gaps. To lose consciousness is to lose mind; to lose mind is to lose control of the final product of mind — the body. So the most valuable lesson we learn when stepping outside the Matrix paradigm is this: if you want to change your body, first change your consciousness.
