Quan Yin Awakening: Mantras and Rituals
Published
3 years agoon
Quan Yin (also spelled Kwan Yin, Kuanyin, Guanyin) is the Goddess of mercy and compassion and one of the major deities in Buddhism. In Sanskrit, Her name is Padma-pâni, or “Born of the Lotus.” In this article, I want to share with you how you can connect with this beautiful Goddess and receive Her blessings and support!
Who Is Quan Yin?
Quan Yin is the Goddess of mercy who is primarily singled out in Buddhist philosophy. Stories and legends about this Goddess can be found in many texts, where She is called ‘Bodhisattva‘.
Quan Yin is a symbol of motherhood, virtue, and compassion. Her essence is pure compassion. She is able to feel pain and help ease it to the whole world. She can help to conceive children, heal a disease, protect in sorrow, and render harmless the spears of an enemy in battle.
Symbology
There are thousands of different incarnations or manifestations of Quan Yin.
Usually, She is depicted as a barefoot, gracious woman dressed in white flowing robes, with a white hood gracefully draped over the top of the head and carrying a small upturned vase of holy dew. She stands tall and slender.
She also may be depicted seated on an elephant, standing on a fish, nursing a baby, holding a basket.
Quan Yin has three birthdays: the nineteenth of the second, sixth and ninth months.
The Teaching of Quan Yin
This beautiful Goddess graciously appears in our lives when it is time to cherish and nurture our wholeness through compassion. She basically teaches us how to be compassionate not only to others but also to ourselves.
Do you find yourself irritated or indifferent to the suffering of others? What keeps you from showing compassion to them? Have you ever hurt others in order to avenge your pain? Do you fear that you will be hurt if you open your heart to others? If so, it is time to awaken Quan Yin energy inside of you.
Quan Yin teaches us that the way to ease your suffering is to develop compassion for yourself. The one who knows how to be compassionate to himself will be able to show compassion to others.
Mystic Ritual “Travelling to Quan Yin Dimension”
This powerful ritual will help you to reconnect with Quan Yin, become more compassionate, and receive Her blessings.
Good days for this ritual:
- Monday (use a white candle or white flowers);
- Friday (use a pink candle or pink roses).
Instructions
Find a time and a place where nothing and no one will disturb you. Light a candle or/and place flowers next to you.
Sit or lie down comfortably, with your back straight and close your eyes. Take a deep breath and exhale slowly. Then take another breath, inhaling deeply to the heart. Exhale slowly, feeling your heart expand. Take a deep breath and exhale through your heart chakra.
Try to visualize and feel yourself inside your heart. Feel your heart beating around you.
Visualize how a rainbow bridge appears inside your heart. You step on that bridge and cross the waters below the bridge. As you’re crossing the bridge, you become more and more relaxed. Waters below make you more peaceful and comfort you. As you’re walking over the bridge feel how pleasant and refreshing the air is.
On the other side of the rainbow bridge lies the Paradise island of Quan Yin. You set foot on the island, and the Goddess greets you and hands you a beautiful flower. When you inhale the fragrance of the flower, you feel that your heart is opening. She takes you by the hand and leads you through the rich lush fragrant gardens to Her pavilion.
After she seats you with care and attention, she asks you to talk about your problems. Tell the Goddess about your problems. She listens to you attentively. You feel nourishment and love in the very center of your being. You feel completely heard and understood. Sit with the Goddess until you are ready to return.
Quan Yin takes you to the rainbow bridge and hugs you. Thank her and go across the bridge feeling full of strength and renewed. Cross the bridge and go back to your heart.
Take a deep breath and exhale back into your body. Take another deep breath and open your eyes as you exhale. Tell the words of gratitude to the Goddess. If you lit a candle, leave it to burn down to the end.
Mantras
For reconnecting with the Goddess and receiving Her blessings you can also use mantras. These mantras are manifestations of Quan Yin in different aspects. When you recite a mantra, you address a particular quality of the Goddess, invoke its Presence, reconnect with you and strengthening you.

The Akashic Records: What Are They and How To Access Them?
Published
3 weeks agoon
July 21, 2022Are the Akashic Records a cosmic depository of unending paper files in infinite corridors and stacks? Where did this idea originate from? Do these recordings exist in a space-time continuum, like a cosmic internet? How can we access the Akashic Records?
In this article, we will discuss:
- what exactly the Akashic Records are;
- their history;
- your soul’s Akashic Records.
So What Are The Akashic Records?
Various people define or explain the phenomenon in multiple contexts. However, many consider the Akashic Records to be the archive of every human being’s reasoning, words, and actions (good, bad, and horrific).
Those acquainted with the records, however, note that there is no condemnation or implied punishment in the records. They are believed to be an archive of each soul’s voyage through the infinite.
The History of Akashic Records
Helena Blavatsky, the late-nineteenth-century founder of the Theosophical organization, was among the first people to reference the Akashic Records. Theosophy is an esoteric spiritual system that includes intellectual elements from eastern faiths, claiming that “there is no religion greater than Truth.”
Blavatsky said she learned about the records from Tibetan monks, or “mahatmas.” The monks told Blavatsky that the Akashic records could be retrieved in the “akasha” or “akasa.”
In eastern belief systems, Akasha is the ether element or the fifth element that underlies the material universe from which all other elements and components arise. The eastern concept of karma is a fundamental aspect of the Akashic records.
She claimed to have learned clairvoyance, psychic talents, and astral projection from these “Masters of Ancient Wisdom.” She then cultivated a sizable Theosophist community, including some well-known figures, using these instruments to channel knowledge from the Akashic archives.
The Akashic Records were also mentioned by metaphysician Rudolf Steiner, who claimed that every deed, word, and idea leaves a mark in etheric worlds. Ervin Laszlo, a contemporary physicist, also investigates Akasha’s notions from a scientific standpoint, finding that Akasha includes patterns for human aspirations such as peace and serenity. This is represented in his “Akasha Paradigm,” which he associates with human evolutionary processes.
Those who follow Akashic record theories often refer to the Book of Life, initially described in the Old Testament (Exodus). According to biblical literature, every life’s record is stored in heaven, and souls are judged based on these records.
The writings and activities of Edgar Cayce also placed a significant emphasis on investigations into the akashic realm. Cayce’s Akashic research proposed that there is a storehouse of knowledge on a spiritual plane of life that records every soul’s history, present, and future.
Understanding Your Soul’s Akashic Records
The Akashic records are an extraordinary modality. If you wish to learn about somebody, you must get permission to access their data first. Anything you discover about them will be through your record’s perception or your assessment of that individual. You cannot just learn about somebody else’s soul path.
What Type of Information is Accessible When You Open the Akashic Records?
Akashic records reveal everything you need to know in that instance, at that time, to help you on your path. For example, you may discover facts about your soul’s creation, previous lifetimes, current circumstances, and prospects.
You may also utilize the records for creative processes. You can also learn about the history of a physical realm by searching for the location instead of a person’s name. If you’re just going in for yourself, you may inquire about your profession, income, love, and inspiration. People have used these records to write novels and scripts. What you can learn in that environment is limitless.
How Can One Master the Art of Reading the Akashic Records?
As its name suggests, the Pathway Prayer is often used to access the records. The mantra is a vibrational frequency made up of precise sounds that allows you to reach the Akashic records. Some online video-based courses can show you how to master the technique. They provide a lot more flexibility in terms of rules and how to find your way into the records. When you open this encyclopedia of help, you will have it until your last breath. It’s like having a pocket guide. However, some people might struggle to hold too much information since they might find it intimidating.
Because the Akashic records include a history of our souls, anyone can learn to read them. You do not need to be a natural-born psychic. The degree and quantity of knowledge you’ll get will vary depending on your specific and unique talents, but everyone has this access.
Some individuals are highly detail-oriented. They may, therefore, obtain more detailed information. Some individuals perceive color, while others get signals through music or dancing. However, everyone can access their records and discover this information.
How Do You Get to The Records?
Our bodies contain an energy frequency called the line, emanating from the highest cosmos region where the Akashic records live. You get messages over this line 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
When you take up these signals, it feels like an intuitive hit or an inner understanding. Working with the records is different because you’re not reading other people’s Akashic documents. Instead, the messages you hear could be about someone else.
If you begin working with the records, you might have trouble putting everything together. However, the record guides could, for example, inform you that your life purpose is to update the Akashic records and make them accessible and straightforward to use. Like many people, you may find yourself teaching a free-line activation where anybody might access their records at any moment.
It is a discipline of movement and breath work.
The Bottom Line
Your spiritual practices could help you open the door to a higher degree of awareness. Through meditation and journaling, you can begin to peel back the restrictive ideas you hold about yourself and the world. In the end, you’ll understand yourself with a greater degree of soul-level insight. When you are able to reach your original spirit, you become more powerful because it will become your guiding light, directing you where to go and how to lead a good and purposeful life.
Everyone has full-time access to their records. Our spirit always sends us these signals, even when utterly unconscious. Moreover, prayer allows us to access this energy, even when we’re at our weakest.

12 Laws Of Karma: What Are They & How Do They Affect Us?
Published
1 month agoon
July 13, 2022The Vedic scriptures say that a person who understands the Law of karma is deprived of suffering. Such a person overcomes his fate through a righteous life and thus gets rid of suffering. In this article, we will explore the 12 laws of karma and how we can correct our fate and improve our lives by following these laws.
What Is Karma?
Let me start by clarifying what karma is.
Karma is a Sanskrit term that literally means “action” or “doing”. In the Buddhist tradition, karma refers to action driven by intention which leads to future consequences. Each action can be analyzed through the prism of the four elements of karma:
- the object of the action;
- motivation;
- the action itself;
- the attitude to the action that has already been completed (judgment).
And only by combining all these four elements of karma can you fully determine what kind of action is committed, what consequences it can lead to, and even assume how soon a person will receive the effect of his action (the cause).
It is important to note that karma is not a punishment or retribution, although it can be translated that way. Karma is the consequences that a person receives based on how he lived. There is no influence of providence here, so a person decides what will be best for him, and he himself can decide how to behave in order to influence fate as much as possible in this and subsequent incarnations.
The Four Elements of Karma
Now, let’s take a deeper look at the four elements of karma and what they mean.
#1: The Object of the Action
This is the first thing we evaluate when we try to analyze an action. There is an opinion that our interaction with people, and with living beings, in general, is due to karmic connections that we have with those people/beings.
According to Vedic knowledge, anyone we meet, anyone we can see, any living being that comes into our view, has some kind of karmic connection with us. In your life, you never meet or see people or other living creatures who wouldn’t have a karmic connection with you. Everyone we interact with in one way or another has a karmic connection with us from our past lives. It’s just that the intensity of these connections is different.
For example, a person with whom we just exchanged glances at the store has a weak karmic connection with us, and our parents are souls with whom a karmic connection has been formed over many lifetimes, therefore, it is very strong.
#2: Motivation
The second element of karma is motivation. Paradoxically, actions can often look the same, but it is the motivation that determines how a given action can be characterized.
For example, I’m sure you’ve heard about brutal methods Zen teachers have been using for helping their students on the spiritual journey. Zen teachers have been using hits, jabs, and shouts to cut off a moment of thought. For the same purpose, they could through away a student from the window. As you can see, the action itself may look cruel, however, the motivation behind the action is noble. The Masters were not hurting their students out of anger or frustration but rather from a sense of compassion. Their motivation was to help their students on their spiritual journey.
At the same time, we can see lots of violence in the world coming from anger, jealousy, hate, etc. In such cases, the motivation creates negative karma.
Thus, you can see that the same form of action can have radically different motivations that lead to different karma.
#3: Action
Now let’s talk about the action itself. People often believe that if you have the intention to do something bad but you couldn’t do it due to circumstances beyond your control, then it doesn’t count as a bad action.
However, according to the Divine Law, any action, complete or incomplete, causes the karmic effect.
During the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus said: “You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, ‘You shall not murder, and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.’ (Matthew 5:21) But I tell you that anyone who is angry with a brother or sister will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to a brother or sister, ‘Raca,’ is answerable to the court. And anyone who says, ‘You fool!’ will be in danger of the fire of hell.” (Matthew 5:22).
Thus, if a person has a desire to kill someone, but does not commit murder, for example, because of physical weakness or because of fear of punishment, it is not at all his choice, but rather it is just a coincidence. And if the circumstances had been different, he might well have carried out his plan.
Jesus also said: “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’ (Matthew 5:27) But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.” (Matthew 5:28)
Again, Jesus is talking about the fact that the inability to commit a vice does not release a person from responsibility.
We should always keep in mind that karma accumulates on three levels: the level of the body, speech, and mind. And if a person in his thoughts “executes” somebody — this is the same as if he would have done it on the physical level.
This is confirmed even by modern science – according to neuroscientist Jeremy Bennett, our brain does not distinguish real events from our fantasies and reacts to everything in the same way. The same applies to karma.
#4: Attitude to the Action
This is the final element of creating karma. There is an opinion that even if a person committed the most terrible act against, for example, his parents and his motivation was the vilest, but after committing the act, he realized that he was wrong, and sincerely repented — this will facilitate the retribution for the committed act.
But this rule also works in the opposite way. For example, if a person made a donation, but his motivation was selfish, for example, he learned about the law of karma and purely out of commercial interests decided to donate money to get some “karmic benefits”, then, in this case, such an attitude to the completed action will affect the final result: either the reward for the act will come much later, or in a much smaller amount.
What Are the 12 Laws Of Karma?
It is important to remember that everything is energy. Your emotions and thoughts are energy in motion. Every action creates corresponding energy that comes back to you in the form of a positive or negative consequence.
Learning the 12 laws of karma helps us to understand how karma really works. By following these laws, we become more mindful of our thoughts, emotions, actions, and deeds and create a better life for ourselves and others.
Now, let’s explore the 12 laws of karma and how they work.
#1: The Great Law
This is the law of cause and effect. When you hear someone talking about karma, it’s most likely they’re referring to the first law of karma. What you sow, you will reap. Or, what you give is what you get. If you put out positive thoughts and actions, you will receive positive consequences. If you put out negative thoughts and actions, you will receive negative consequences.
#2: The Law of Creation
This law of karma reminds us that each of us is a part of this universe and requires us to participate in it. Each of us is a co-creator. To a greater or lesser extent, you are responsible for everything that happens in your life, on this planet, and in this universe. The accumulated karma of the members of society also affects the development of the whole society. Therefore, we have to remember our responsibility to co-create this reality in a harmonious and peaceful way.
#3: The Law of Humility
This law reminds us of personal responsibility for everything that happens in our lives. It teaches us to accept that our current reality is the result of our past actions. Only by accepting the situation, we are able to change it. In order to do it, we need to develop spiritual awareness. As soon as we become aware of the situation or the state we are in, we will be able to influence it.
When you find yourself in some negative situation, do not rush to blame others, humble yourself and turn your gaze inward. Accept this situation and the lesson you have to learn from it.
#4: The Law of Growth
As we evolve and change, our external reality will expand and change as a result. Having begun to grow spiritually, you change a whole layer of your life. Therefore, there is no need to force your reality to change. Start with yourself. You can change only what you have control over, which is yourself, not others. If you want a better life, focus on your spiritual growth – and the reality will “catch up” to your new level!
#5: The Law of Responsibility
This law states that you are the product of the choices you make. It teaches us that we have to take full responsibility for our lives and for what happens to us. Do not blame other people, parents, the government, or colleagues at work. Turn your gaze to yourself as the cause of everything that happens to you. In order to practice this law, take responsibility for the part you play in every situation you have.
#6: The Law of Connection
Our past, present, and future are connected. Everything we’ve done in the past has led us to where we are right now. Everything we’re doing today will lead us to our future. And the quality of the future will depend on the quality of energy we are putting out there today. Your negative attitude today will bring negative consequences in the future.
In other words, who you are today is the result of your actions in the past. And who you will be tomorrow depends on your actions today.
#7: The Law of Focus
This law states that you cannot put your energy toward two things simultaneously. When we are focusing on too many things at once, we tend to slow down and be less productive. But when we concentrate on one thing at a time, we accomplish much more, and with much better results.
#8: The Law of Giving And Hospitality
This law states that you should practice what you preach. Let your actions be the reflection of your deepest beliefs. For example, if you want to be surrounded by kind and loving people, you need to focus on cultivating kindness and love for others. Think about your highest values and let them be your life principles.
#9: The Law of Here And Now
This law of karma states that we shouldn’t regret the past, shouldn’t worry about the future, but focus on the present moment. When we spend too much time thinking about our past or our future, we are taking energy from our present.
“All negativity is caused by an accumulation of psychological time and denial of the present. Unease, anxiety, tension, stress, worry – all forms of fear – are caused by too much future, and not enough presence. Guilt, regret, resentment, grievances, sadness, bitterness, and all forms of nonforgiveness are caused by too much past, and not enough presence.”
– Eckhart Tolle
#10: The Law of Change
This law states that the situation will not change and will be repeated in different forms until you learn your lesson and evolve into a better version of yourself. This is the only way to stop the vicious cycle.
#11: The Law of Patience and Reward
This law is all about being patient and not working for the reward. May your main reward be the true joy and pleasure of the process itself. When you comprehend the basic laws of karma step by step and implement them, rewards always find you at the right time.
#12: The Law of Significance and Inspiration
This law of karma states that we all have unique gifts that we can share with the world. Each of us is capable of making a positive impact on this world. Work with love and invite inspiration in everything you do. Live according to your higher purpose, and it will fill you with strength and energy. Remember that what you invest your energy into plays a big role in your life, and vice versa. Focus on a positive contribution to this world, and you will always succeed.
The Bottom Line
As I already noted above, the law of karma has nothing to do with retribution. It should not be understood as a reward or a punishment that comes from God or the Universe or someone else. We can look at this law from the perspective of retribution only in such a way that a person forms his reality by his actions, therefore, retribution will occur depending on how many positive or negative actions and thoughts were generated during past lives. From here such concepts as “negative” or “positive” karma originate. If a person has “negative” karma, then it may have to be eliminated for several incarnations and it will continue to affect a person in the form of life circumstances, his environment, etc.
However, it is important to remember that each of us has the potential to eliminate negative karma by choosing the thoughts and actions that will contribute to the creation of the desired reality and harmonious life.

Spiritual Alchemy: Transmuting Into a Higher Version of Yourself
Published
2 months agoon
June 24, 2022Spiritual Alchemy is a mystical practice that seeks to free the soul from its attachment to matter. It is an ancient and traditional practice that aims to offer spiritual transformation and growth, yet it has no interest at all in material growth.
Spiritual Alchemy traces its roots in medieval times, where the goal was to obtain gold. At that time, Alchemy was practiced by people who wanted to transform base metals such as lead into gold. The idea behind this was to amass more wealth.
Today, the practice is used to achieve:
- Personal contentment;
- Self-awareness;
- Harmony;
- And liberation from the inauthentic parts of your life.
Simply put, the goal is to achieve self-actualization and spiritual rebirth. Let’s have a more detailed look at the concept of Spiritual Alchemy below.
The Stages of Spiritual Alchemy
There is a journey people go through to achieve their spiritual rebirth. It is essential to know that everyone’s spiritual journey is different. Therefore, the stages of spiritual Alchemy may vary slightly from one person to another.
Stage 1: Calcination
This first stage of spiritual Alchemy is also called the black stage. The black represents chaos in which we have buried ourselves. Calcination involves eliminating parts of our lives that prevent us from attaining our happiness. It also entails identifying the elements that no longer serve you and burning them into ashes.
People focus on being perfect rather than truly happy in the modern world. These societal standards prevent people from exploring themselves authentically.
In the calcination stage, we begin to break free from:
- Self-doubt;
- Fear;
- Self-sabotaging tendencies;
- Pride;
- Arrogance;
- Ego.
Liberating yourself from these tendencies allows you to explore what you are underneath the cover – the authentic you.
Calcination also involves detaching ourselves from world attachments such as the desire for wealth, power, and identity. Note that these are not bad things. However, to achieve spiritual rebirth in occult sciences, you must know where to draw the line.
Stage 2: Dissolution
This second stage involves dissolving the ashes into the water in occult sciences.
Dissolution involves not associating yourself with the inauthentic you. You have already freed yourself from elements of self-doubt and pride. It is now time to observe the negative and positive traits objectively.
At this stage, we are more objective. You can therefore pinpoint how your actions affect you and others. In this stage, you can also notice how avoidant you have been. For instance, many people avoid being themselves and hide in alcoholism, codependency, workaholism, social media, gambling, sex, or TV binging.
This stage is also often triggered by severe life events such as divorce, job loss, death, or bankruptcy. We describe this stage as one that allows you to stop, smell the roses, and pay attention to what you are doing.
Stage 3: Separation
The separation stage is written in the air element. The first two stages are associated with fire and water.
In a mystical sense, this stage can involve separation from your thought processes or emotional trigger responses. This separation process allows you to distinguish authentic essence from acquired personality. This is a very liberating stage as it allows you to come free from resentment towards yourself.
Separation is a very satisfying stage where we free ourselves of resentment towards ourselves and others. Liberation from our negative emotions allows us to become more aware of our true feelings. However, the separation only occurs when we no longer identify with the character we have been playing and get in touch with our true selves.
Stage 4: Conjunction
The first three stages let you get rid of the inauthentic self. What happens to the authentic parts of you that remain?
You put them into great use in the conjunction stage. In this stage, we combine the tiny bits of our true self to form one harmonized self. This is coming together under the earth element as it is an embodiment process that supports the materialization of the spirit.
In this stage, you begin to feel harmonized in body and soul but still able to point out the different strands that make you a whole.
Stage 5: Fermentation
This is the beginning of spiritual rebirth. Fermentation describes the decomposing of one’s old self and the renewal of your new true self. The first four stages involved discarding inauthenticity and harmonizing authenticity. However, this stage involves now basking in our authenticity. We can link this stage to a rebirth of the phoenix from its ashes.
This stage can be categorized into two:
- Putrefaction – the decaying of our former selves
- Spiritualization – relieves us from the old world and allows us to see life from a new perspective
It is a stage accompanied by inner peace and contentment.
Stage 6: Distillation
So what next after going through the spiritualization phase? It is time to integrate the spiritual life and make it more permanent. Distillation is a level of purification that furthers the cleansing within ourselves. This purification process results in inner solid transformation and peace. It is a stage where you now understand your spiritual rebirth, self-realization, and enlightenment.
Stage 7: Coagulation
This is a stage where you have finally broken free from your mind. Here, you are connected to your soul and higher consciousness. This is like the meeting point of two complete opposites, such as hell and heaven or life and death. At this stage, the core of your existence is self-awareness; we are one body with our spirit.
However, you must note that we are not separate from the physical universe at this stage. We are one with the spirit but still a reflection of the physical universe.
The Bottom Line
Everyone’s journey is different but will somehow shape itself through the seven stages. These spiritual alchemy steps are a great way to build a new self. The idea behind Alchemy is that you can transform something into something more valuable. Just like the foundation was to transform metals into gold, you too can transform into a higher version of yourself. In addition, letting go of the burdens that hold you back will help you achieve the highest level of spirituality.
