#2: Affirm in the Present Tense

The only way we can create a great future is by changing our thoughts in the present moment. The present moment contains a magical power of manifesting our reality. What we think and do today creates our future.

When we affirm health in the present tense we ensure that our subconscious mind starts to work on it right away. When you say “I will be healthy”, or “I’m going to heal” you’re placing your desire somewhere out there. There is no creative power in the future. Your past and future are the two biggest illusions that distract your focus. The real creative power is in the present moment! And only in the present moment can you manifest your health!

Therefore, always use affirmations in the Present tense, like: “I am healthy!”, “My immune system is strong”, etc.

#3: Avoid Negative Words

When creating your healing affirmations, avoid negative words such as “not”, “no”, “don’t”, “never”, “can’t”, “won’t”. When you use these words you make your mind focus on something you don’t want in life and make your affirmations negative. Instead of focusing on what you don’t want you should focus on something you do want. In this way, you direct your subconscious mind to manifest the positive results you desire.

#4: Avoid Words That Manifest Negativity

When affirming your desired reality avoid words that manifest loss, something you’re trying to get away from or get rid of, such as “get rid of”, “stop”, “give up”, “avoid”, “refrain”, etc. For example, instead of saying: “I’m losing 13 pounds”, say “My weight is … (your ideal number)”.

All chakras have their own projections on the human body: on the palms, feet, head, are the areas where they are located. For chakra balancing, massage, and oil application, you should consider only the most accessible projections.

Root Chakra (Muladhara)

Muladhara, the first chakra, has projections at the base of the palms, at the base of the nape of the neck, and at the heels.

Also, a foot massage is a great way to balance your Muladhara chakra which regulates your sense of stability and promotes grounding.

Massage With Essential Oils For Chakras

One of the most effective ways to use essential oils for chakras is to massage the body projection of the chakra. There are two ways of performing such a massage.

Apply 3-4 drops of essential oil (but do not RUB) on the projection area of the chakra. Lie down and relax. Visualize how your chakra is unwinding and shining with its color:

  • Muladhara — red;
  • Svadhisthana — orange;
  • Manipura — yellow;
  • Anahata — green;
  • Vishuddha — blue;
  • Ajna — indigo;
  • Sahasrara — purple.

Add essential oils to the base oil ( such as grapeseed, walnut, sesame, almond, peach oil) in a two-percent concentration. Apply the mixture to your palm and massage clockwise and counterclockwise on the front and back zone of the chakra projection. You need to practice massage for at least a week for each chakra, or better-21 days.

Every day the Moon changes its position, and depending on this, its influence on us changes.

The moon acts very harmoniously: some days it gives us more energy, and we feel a surge of strength and cheerfulness, and some days on the contrary — less so that we can stop and rest.

But more often than not, we don’t take into account these cycles and continue working hard every day. Eventually, this lifestyle leads to exhaustion which affects our wellbeing.

Most people overspend their energy, and therefore the energy levels often do not have time to be replenished.

Therefore, it is essential to always follow the rhythm of lunar cycles.

In Vedic astrology, the Moon is responsible for the most important processes of our life, such as breathing, sleep, digestion, energy level, comfort, mood and emotions. The Moon is responsible for our mood swings, swelling, fatigue, and cheerfulness.
